Managing Director

Kevin Perrin, a founding member of KPIC with 30 years of industry expertise, drives KPIC's success through client-centric passion and creative problem-solving. With expertise spanning mechanical design, field installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, parts, consulting, and training, he oversees all Business Unit Operations at KPIC. Kevin's responsibilities include overseeing all business unit operations, formulating and executing strategies, spearheading business development, and ensuring overall financial performance.

Kirsten Carson

General Manager

Kirsten Carson brings 15 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of internal business operations to her role. Her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day internal operations, managing financial performance and budget maintenance as well as setting policies and processes to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.

Tim Robertson

Tim Robertson

Director Operations

With 30 years of industry experience, Tim Robertson possesses extensive grain and seed processing expertise, covering process design, upgrades, installations, parts sales, troubleshooting, consulting, and training. Known for his client-driven approach and ability to provide creative solutions, Tim oversees the day-to-day operations of the Cleaner Division, Electrical department as well as regions in British Columbia and Alberta. His responsibilities also include providing regional management support, estimating and planning, along with driving business development initiatives.

Ken Morrison, boasting over 40 years of industry experience, is a seasoned expert in industrial maintenance, construction and internal operations. In his role, Ken oversees the day-to-day operations of the Saskatchewan Region, provides regional management support, and spearheads business development and client management systems to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction.

Derek Good

Derek Good

Director Business Development & Small Projects

Derek Good, with 25 years of industry experience, is highly knowledgeable in mechanical design, field installations, troubleshooting, estimating, and construction planning and management. Derek played a pivotal role in bringing the Nutriplus idea to KPIC, leading its design and manufacturing overhaul. Additionally, he is responsible for estimating and planning, overseeing the day-to-day operations of small projects, and driving business development initiatives.
